Situated in the picturesque low country of South Carolina. Next to Savannah and only a few hours from Atlanta, this Resort offers the best selection of fine dining. The property has 6 kitchens serving cuisine with a modern twist on Southern American-style cuisine. The executive chef has previously worked at The Ritz-Carlton Naples in South Florida and the Mumbo Jumbo Bar and Grill. You can experience sandy beaches and a vibrant Village center with river access and canoe club, a distinctive food and wine program and a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.

Rotation: Demi Chef: Garde Manger, Meat/Grill station (hot line), Banquets

Duration: 12 months

Example of Responsibilities:
Learn to prepare and coordinate the production of all cold food items in order to maintain high standards of quality.
You will be exposed to one or all stations including hot line rotation. It may be hot apps, fish station, veg station and/or meat station.
Learn traditional and contemporary banquet menus with an emphasis on quality, quantity, setup, timing and service.
